THE ROUTE

Christmas & New Year Liveaboard in the Maldives

AMBA’s festive trip combines the North and South central routes into one two-week safari over Christmas and New Year, during the Maldives’ main diving season.

The route heads north to Rasdhoo for channel dives and early-morning hammerhead encounters. It then explores Ari Atoll before turning south to Vaavu and Meemu for drift dives, reef sharks and night diving. The cruise finishes in South Malé Atoll.

On Christmas Eve, dinner moves outside for a festive meal under the stars. Departures are popular, so enquire early to plan your holiday.
